Contin\u00faa cortando alrededor de la circunferencia de la carne, como si estuvieras pelando una manzana, desenrollando una capa delgada hasta que obtengas un pedazo largo de carne de 1\/2 cm de espesor y de unos 5 cm de ancho. Corta igual el resto de los filetes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9163-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sazona la carne con el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el ajo, la sal y la pimienta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9163-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta un sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto con un poco de aceite. Cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente, dora la carne de 1 a 2 minutos por lado, dependiendo del t\u00e9rmino que te guste.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar las rajas de poblano:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9163-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon los chiles poblanos en un comal o parrilla. Yo prefiero directamente sobre la lumbre, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido. Voltea los chiles cada 2 \u00f3 3 minutos para un total de unos 6 a 9 minutos. Se ver\u00e1n quemados por fuera y por adentro estar\u00e1n cocidos sin haberse quemado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9163-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mete los chiles a una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico y ci\u00e9rrala bien. Deja que los chiles suden unos 15 minutos. Luego, bajo un chorro de agua, remueve la piel y con un cuchillo \u00e1brelos para quitarles las venas y semillas. Quita los tallos y parte los chiles en rajas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9163-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta el aceite y la mantequilla en un sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. A\u00f1ade la cebolla y cocina de 6 a 8 minutos. Agrega las rajas y cocina todo por unos minutos m\u00e1s. Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ade el vinagre y cocina un minuto m\u00e1s y salpimienta al gusto.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar el queso asado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9163-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Calienta un comal o sart\u00e9n y asa el queso hasta que est\u00e9 dorado por fuera.
