Una vez que el aceite est\u00e9 caliente pero que no salga humo, agrega la cebolla y acitr\u00f3nala por unos 5 \u00f3 6 minutos. Agrega el ajo y sigue cocinando por 1 minuto m\u00e1s, o hasta que la mezcla suelte el aroma.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8521-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agrega el pur\u00e9 de los tomates junto con el or\u00e9gano, la mejorana, el tomillo, la sal, la pimienta molida y el adobo de los chipotles (si quieres m\u00e1s picante, agrega un chipotle entero). Deja hervir la salsa de 10 a 12 minutos, revolviendo de vez en cuando, hasta que se sazone y cambie de color a un rojo m\u00e1s intenso. Puedes tapar parcialmente el sart\u00e9n para que la salsa no salpique la estufa.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8521-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade el pollo deshebrado y revuelve con la salsa.
