Explore South of the Border Cuisine with Acclaimed Chef Pati Jinich

On Thursday, February 9th, we welcome Pati Jinich, Resident Chef of the Mexican Cultural Institute and host of the popular cooking show Pati’s Mexican Table on PBS. Chef Jinich and our own Chef James will collaborate to present four delicious courses with cocktail and wine pairings. The Chefs will introduce each course and share tips on how to try the recipes at home. Guests will also receive an autographed copy of Chef Jinich’s “Pati’s Mexican Table” cookbook, an Amazon top seller.
