Hola Pati,
I wanted to ask if tortilla corn flour can be used to make the tamales. We recently moved to Australia and finding the ingredients is difficult. Any tips would be appreciated. Love your recipes!!

Absolutely Jaime! In fact regular tortilla flour is a great substitute to make tamales, go for it 😉
