The cookbook should be out in 2012. Be sure to check for updates!!
I saw this on PBS and it made me so hungry. I ran out to the store and got the ingredients I could find and made the ham and cheese for my son. He loved them. The mushroom recipe for dinner. So good. I had to get a different cheese and use cilantro instead of the herb in the program. My whole house smelled so good and they were tasty. Thank you from New Mexico.
I´m Mexican living in Texas and I really love it your TV show. I´m going to try some of the dishes.
Congratulations
Just wached the program on quesadillas. It was fantastic. I have seen the program only once and I highly reccomend this program.I love the mexican cusine. I will be a regular viewer from now on.
Saw your show on 04-09-2011, and was really glad to see a show done on Mexican/Indian foods 🙂
I did print some recipes, one especially for my son, (he and
his family are not very Mexican/Indian). My father was from
Yucatan. I’ve yet to learn more.
Anyway, thank you for your show and website.
Sincerely,
Ms. B. E. Martinez
Many thanks for your message! I have a lot of food from the Yucatan on the site… I LOVE it!
Pati,
I’m a friend of Glenda Sizer and attended a Mexican Cultural Institute program. I just watched your first PBS show. Brava, you were great. The show was fun, inspiring, and informative — a perfect combination.
I look forward to learning more from you.
