Agrega el aceite, 1\/4 de taza de la leche entera y la vainilla y sigue batiendo hasta incorporar todo. En otro recipiente, mezcla la harina, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11523-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En otro recipiente grande, con una batidora o globo para batir, bate las claras de huevo hasta que se formen ondas suaves. Agrega el az\u00facar y sigue batiendo hasta que se formen ondas m\u00e1s firmes. Por turnos y con una esp\u00e1tula de hule, agrega con cuidado la mezcla de harina y las claras batidas a la mezcla de yemas hasta que todo quede incorporado. Pasa la mezcla, raspando el recipiente para sacar todo, a los dos moldes para hornear que ya preparaste.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11523-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Hornea de 22 a 24 minutos hasta que un palillo insertado en medio del pastel salga h\u00famedo, no mojado. Saca los pasteles del horno y deja que se enfr\u00eden.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11523-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mientras, prepara la mezcla de leches agregando la leche condensada, la leche evaporada y la taza restante de la leche entera. Mezcla bien las leches con un globo para batir.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11523-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando los pasteles se hayan enfriado y est\u00e9n a temperatura ambiente, haz hoyos en ambos pasteles con un palillo o tenedor. Vierte la mitad de la mezcla de leches en uno de los pasteles. Deja que el pastel absorba bien la leche durante al menos 10 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11523-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Extiende la cajeta o dulce de leche encima del pastel h\u00famedo y acomoda las ciruelas y los chabacanos rebanados. Luego, coloca encima el segundo pastel. Vierte el resto de la mezcla de leches encima del segundo pastel y deja que se absorba bien.
