wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\" style=\"\">Para preparar<\/h3><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la salsa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los chiles morita en un recipiente peque\u00f1o, c\u00fabrelos con agua caliente y deja que se suavicen ah\u00ed durante al menos 10 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los jitomates, los tomates verdes, la cebolla blanca, los jalape\u00f1os y los ajos sin pelar en una charola para hornear forrada de aluminio. Ponla en el horno a fuego alto para rostizar los ingredientes de 12 a 15 minutos, volteando un par de veces, hasta que la piel de los jitomates y tomates verdes est\u00e9 quemada por fuera, est\u00e9n muy aguados y sus jugos empiecen a salir. Los dientes de ajo y los chiles tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1n chamuscados. Saca la charola del horno y deja enfriar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando se hayan enfriado, pela los dientes de ajo y ponlos en la licuadora junto con los jalape\u00f1os, los jitomates, los tomates verdes y la cebolla. Saca los chiles morita del agua, qu\u00edtales los tallos y semillas y ponlos en la licuadora junto con el resto de los ingredientes. Agrega sal y licua hasta tener una salsa muy tersa. Si quieres, puedes agregar los chiles uno por uno y probar lo picoso de la salsa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla mediana, calienta una cucharada de aceite a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, vierte la salsa y tapa parcialmente la olla, ya que la salsa va a salpicar. Cocina de 4 a 5 minutos, revolviendo un par de veces.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer los totopos:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon la rejilla del horno en medio y precalienta a 190 C.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Unta una charola para hornear con un par de cucharadas de aceite. Extiende los tri\u00e1ngulos de tortilla sobre toda la charola y espolvorea 1\/2 cucharadita de sal encima o al gusto. Hornea los totopos de 25 a 30 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes y dorados, volteando los totopos una vez. S\u00e1calos del horno cuando est\u00e9n listos.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para cocinar las langostas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon las langostas en una charola para hornear y m\u00e9tela al congelador 10 minutos antes de cocinarlas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuando las vayas a preparar, pon una langosta en medio de una tabla para cortar con la cabeza hacia ti (puedes poner servilletas de papel o una toalla de cocina abajo para que est\u00e9 estable y absorba los jugos que van a salir). Sujeta la langosta con firmeza por la cola y pon la punta de un cuchillo muy filoso donde la cabeza se separa del cuerpo y con el filo del cuchillo hacia la cabeza. Con mucha firmeza entierra la punta del cuchillo y mete el cuchillo hacia la tabla, justo en medio de los ojos. Repite con las otras tres langostas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Luego, voltea las langostas y corta la cola por la mitad. Saca lo de adentro con una cuchara.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta una parrilla o asador a fuego medio-alto. Unta las langostas con bastante salsa. Pon el lado donde las cortaste hacia abajo y asa las langostas de 5 a 6 minutos. Volt\u00e9alas del otro lado y cocina de 5 a 6 minutos m\u00e1s. Ret\u00edralas del fuego.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-2-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Deja 4 mitades de langosta intactas, as\u00ed como salieron del asador. Saca la carne de las otras 4 mitades, tanto de la cola como de las tenazas y p\u00edcala.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la mezcla de queso:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, mezcla el queso desmoronado, la cebolla y el cilantro.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para armar:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-11567-step-4-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Vierte la salsa en un recipiente grande, agrega los totopos y la langosta picada y revuelve. Divide los chilaquiles en 4 platos y pon una mitad de langosta en cada uno.
