tazas<\/span><\/li><li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">2<\/span>&#32;<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">cucharadas<\/span>&#32;<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">de harina<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"single-recipe__body__right\">\n      <div class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions-container wprm-recipe-12023-instructions-container wprm-block-text-normal\" data-recipe=\"12023\"><h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la levadura:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En el taz\u00f3n de la batidora, pon el agua tibia, 1 cucharada del piloncillo rallado o az\u00facar morena o mascabada y la levadura. Revuelve todo hasta que la levadura se disuelva. A\u00f1ade la 1\/2 taza de harina y revuelve nuevamente. Tapa el recipiente y ponlo en un lugar c\u00e1lido donde no le de aire durante una 1\/2 hora, hasta que est\u00e9 espumosa y burbujeante.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la masa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En el mismo taz\u00f3n, agrega el 1\/4 de taza de agua, las 3 tazas de harina, la sal y la mantequilla a la levadura. Ponle a la batidora el aditamento de gancho para masa. Empieza con velocidad baja y en cuando los ingredientes est\u00e9n mezclados, sube la velocidad a media. Bate de 5 a 6 minutos, hasta que la masa se mantenga junta alrededor del gancho, se separe de las paredes del taz\u00f3n y est\u00e9 muy lisa.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Saca la masa y forma una bola. Engrasa una o dos charolas para hornear con mantequilla. Divide la masa en tres pedazos iguales, y luego divide cada pedazo en 8 pedazos iguales, 24 en total. Haz una bola con cada uno de los pedazos peque\u00f1os y ponlas en la(s) charola(s) engrasada(s). T\u00e1palas con una toalla de cocina limpia y ponlas en un lugar c\u00e1lido de la cocina donde no sople el aire durante al menos una y hasta dos horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon las rejillas del horno en la parte superior y en la inferior y precalienta a 195 C. Forra dos charolas para hornear con papel pergamino.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Extiende cada bola de masa con un rodillo para hacer discos tipo tortilla de 13 cm de di\u00e1metro y 1\/2 cm de espesor. Si quieres discos m\u00e1s uniformes, puedes quitar las orillas usando un molde para galletas de 12.5 a 13 cm.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer el relleno:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un taz\u00f3n, mezcla el piloncillo rallado o az\u00facar morena o mascabada con las 2 cucharadas de harina y revuelve bien.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon 2 cucharadas de relleno en el centro de 12 de los discos de masa. C\u00fabrelos con los otros 12 discos y presi\u00f3nalos bien para sellarlos. Presiona las orillas con un tenedor para sellarlas m\u00e1s y decorarlas. Haz un peque\u00f1o hoyo en medio de cada coyota con la punta de un cuchillo, o haz un corte de un cent\u00edmetro, sin cortar hasta abajo. Pon seis coyotas en cada charola forrada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12023-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Hornea las coyotas de 20 a 22 minutos, intercambiando las charolas de posici\u00f3n a la mitad del tiempo, hasta que est\u00e9n doradas por fuera y el relleno burbujee y salga del hoyo o corte superior.
