Sazona con sal y pimienta. Revuelve bien y aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12049-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para hacer las tostadas:<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12049-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Prepara las tres salsas y tenlas listas para usarse y las tostadas a la mano.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12049-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sazona los camarones y callos de hacha con la sal y la pimienta. Calienta 1 cucharada de aceite en un sart\u00e9n muy grande a fuego alto y agrega 1 cucharada de mantequilla. Una vez que la mantequilla haga espuma, agrega los camarones. Cocina de 1 a 2 minutos por lado, hasta que est\u00e9n dorados por fuera pero no cocidos de m\u00e1s por dentro. P\u00e1salos a un recipiente. Regresa el sart\u00e9n al fuego y agrega el resto de la mantequilla y el aceite, y cuando la mantequilla vuelva a espumar, agrega los callos de hacha. Coc\u00ednalos durante un minuto por lado, hasta que est\u00e9n dorados por fuera y lo de adentro ya no est\u00e9 transparente. Ret\u00edralos del fuego. Los callos de hacha deben estar t\u00e9rmino medio. En cuanto se enfr\u00eden un poco, c\u00f3rtalos en rebanas delgadas y aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-12049-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Unta una cucharada de la mayonesa en cada tostada, pon encima una capa de callos de hacha, un par de cucharadas de salsa bandera y luego una capa de camarones. Pon encima rebanadas de aguacate y b\u00e1\u00f1alas con un par de cucharadas de salsa negra y ponle salsita de manzana con chiltep\u00edn o la salsa picante que te guste.
