a fuego medio-alto. A\u00f1ade la cebolla, los pimientos rojos y verdes y saltea durante unos 5 minutos, hasta que la cebolla se acitrone. A\u00f1ade el ajo y la carne molida, revolviendo para desbaratar la carne y mezclarla con los pimientos y la cebolla y cocina de 5 a 7 minutos, hasta que se dore. Agrega los jitomates, el comino y el or\u00e9gano al sart\u00e9n y revuelve para mezclar todo. Reduce el fuego. Tapa el sart\u00e9n y deja hervir a fuego bajo de 12 a 15 minutos para que la mezcla se espese. A\u00f1ade las aceitunas, revuelve y cocina durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Salpimienta al gusto. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar las papas rellenas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon las papas en una olla grande y a\u00f1ade suficiente agua para cubrirlas. Hierve y cuece hasta que las papas est\u00e9n suaves; esc\u00farrelas. Machaca las papas con la sal y la leche y deja que el pur\u00e9 se enfr\u00ede lo suficiente para poder manejarlo. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Toma un pu\u00f1ado del pur\u00e9 y forma un peque\u00f1o taz\u00f3n en tu mano. Llena el taz\u00f3n con suficiente picadillo y cubre con m\u00e1s pur\u00e9, para formar una bola del tama\u00f1o de una pelota peque\u00f1a de beisbol. Repite con todo el pur\u00e9 de papa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un plato, mezcla el pan molido con la harina. En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, mezcla los huevos con 1 cucharada de agua.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mete una bola de papa al recipiente para cubrirla con huevo, luego p\u00e1sala por el pan molido para cubrirla bien. Vu\u00e9lvela a pasar por el huevo y por segunda vez por el pan molido. Repite el proceso con cada bola.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Refrigera las bolas de pur\u00e9 de papa durante unas 3 horas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade suficiente aceite a un sart\u00e9n grande para cubrir la mitad de las bolas de papa y cali\u00e9ntalo a fuego medio-alto sin dejar que llegue a humear, de 2 a 3 minutos. Pon con cuidado algunas bolas de papa en el sart\u00e9n sin encimarlas. Fr\u00ede durante unos 2 minutos o hasta que la parte sumergida en aceite est\u00e9 dorada. Volt\u00e9alas y fr\u00edelas 2 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que est\u00e9n completamente doradas. Saca las bolas del sart\u00e9n y ponlas en un plato cubierto con servilletas de papel o en una rejilla. Sirve las papas rellenas calientes acompa\u00f1adas de salsa de aguacate.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para hacer la salsa de aguacate:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9079-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Licua el aguacate, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el cilantro, los chiles jalape\u00f1os, los dientes de ajo, el aceite de oliva y el comino hasta obtener una salsa tersa.
