el\u00e9ctrica durante 1 minuto, hasta que est\u00e9 muy ligera. A\u00f1ade la sal y 1 cucharadita de agua fr\u00eda y contin\u00faa batiendo por 2 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que la masa est\u00e9 blanca y esponjosa. Agrega el polvo para hornear y luego a\u00f1ade, alternando, la masa de ma\u00edz y el caldo de pollo, un poco a la vez. Contin\u00faa batiendo hasta que la masa est\u00e9 lo m\u00e1s homog\u00e9nea y esponjosa que se pueda. Sabr\u00e1s que la masa est\u00e1 lista cuando eches 1\/2 cucharadita de masa en un vaso de agua helada y flote.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar el relleno:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mezcla la salsa verde con el pollo deshebrado.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para armar los tamales:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Remoja las hojas de ma\u00edz en agua caliente por un par de minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9n suaves y luego esc\u00farrelas. Pon una hoja de tamal con la punta hac\u00eda ti. Unta unas 3 cucharadas de masa formando un cuadro de aprox. 5-8 cm, con un espesor de aprox. 1\/2 cm, dejando un borde de al menos 1 cm a los lados. Pon 1 cucharada generosa de relleno en medio de la masa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Levanta los lados largos de la hoja de ma\u00edz y j\u00fantalos (ver\u00e1s como la masa comienza a rodear al relleno). Dobla los lados de la hoja hacia uno de los lados del tamal, enroll\u00e1ndolos en la misma direcci\u00f3n alrededor del tamal. Dobla la parte vac\u00eda de la hoja, con la punta, de abajo hacia arriba. Esto cerrar\u00e1 la parte de abajo y la de arriba quedar\u00e1 abierta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Arma todos los tamales y ponlos parados en un recipiente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la tamalera o vaporera:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Vierte agua en el molde inferior de la tamalera (para que haya agua abajo de la misma) y ponla a hervir. Forra la vaporera con 1 \u00f3 2 capas de las hojas de ma\u00edz ya remojadas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para cocinar los tamales: <\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-4-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuando hayas armado todos los tamales ponlos, otra vez lo m\u00e1s parados que puedas y con la parte abierta hacia arriba, en la vaporera. Si queda espacio en la vaporera, pon m\u00e1s hojas de ma\u00edz para que los tamales no puedan moverse durante la cocci\u00f3n. Cubre con m\u00e1s hojas de ma\u00edz y cocina los tamales al vapor, con la olla tapada, de 50 minutos a 1 hora. Sabr\u00e1s que los tamales est\u00e1n listos cuando salen f\u00e1cilmente de las hojas. Todav\u00eda estar\u00e1n h\u00famedos, y cuando los saques de las hojas de ma\u00edz ver\u00e1s la humedad, como cuando le quitas el papel a un muffin de buena calidad.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-4-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Los tamales ya cocidos se mantendr\u00e1n tibios unas 2 horas dentro de la vaporera. Se pueden preparar varios d\u00edas antes y refrigerarlos, bien tapados. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden congelar durante meses. En cualquier caso, cali\u00e9ntalos en la vaporera unos 20 minutos para tamales refrigerados, y unos 45 minutos para los congelados.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8965-step-4-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Nota: para preparar el aceite sazonado, calienta 1 taza de aceite vegetal en un sart\u00e9n mediano a fuego medio, y a\u00f1ade una rebanada gruesa de cebolla y 4 dientes de ajo. Cocina durante 15 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n totalmente dorados.
