Sigue batiendo y comienza a a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar despacio, unas 2 cucharadas a la vez, hasta que todo est\u00e9 incorporado y se formen ondas firmes, de 2 a 3 minutos m\u00e1s. El merengue se ver\u00e1 blanco y brilloso.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8905-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retira el taz\u00f3n y ah\u00ed mismo cierne la Maizena sobre el merengue e incorpora con cuidado con una esp\u00e1tula. Pasa el merengue a las charolas, dividi\u00e9ndolo equitativamente entre los 4 c\u00edrculos. Usa la esp\u00e1tula para untar bien el merengue en los c\u00edrculos; podr\u00e1s formar ondas en cada uno.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8905-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Hornea los merengues durante 1 hora, luego reduce la temperatura a 80 C. A\u00f1ade la vainilla y sigue batiendo hasta que se formen ondas m\u00e1s duras.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8905-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasa 1 1\/4 tazas de la mezcla de crema a un recipiente mediano e incorpora las fresas para revolverlas con la crema. Aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8905-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Para armar el pastel, pon un merengue en un plat\u00f3n y vierte 1 1\/4 tazas de la mezcla de crema en el centro y unta para cubrir todo el merengue. Pon el segundo merengue encima y unta 1 1\/4 tazas de crema encima. Pon el tercer merengue y 1 1\/4 tazas de la crema. Tapa con el cuarto merengue.
