class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un recipiente peque\u00f1o, mezcla el vinagre, el aceite, el comino, la canela, la pimienta gorda, la pimienta negra y la sal. Con las manos, tritura la parte de arriba de los clavos y espolvorea en la mezcla. Tira los tallos. Bate con un tenedor o globo para batir hasta incorporar todo. Vierte la mezcla encima del pollo, para cubrirlo bien. Puedes marinar el pollo hasta por 24 horas en el refrigerador, o cocinarlo de inmediato.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8884-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Precalienta el horno a 200 C. Pon el refractario en el horno y rostiza el pollo durante 25 a 30 minutos. Sube la temperatura a 260 C y rostiza durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que el pollo se dore por todos lados y est\u00e9 bien cocido por dentro. Tambi\u00e9n puedes calentar 3 cucharadas de aceite en un sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto. Una vez caliente, fr\u00ede el pollo durante unos 5 minutos por lado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8884-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Deja reposar el pollo durante unos minutos antes de cortarlo. Ya que se haya enfriado un poco, c\u00f3rtalo en rebanadas transversales de 1 cm. Aparte, calienta 1 cm de aceite en un sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio\/medio-alto. Una vez caliente, prueba con una rebanada de pl\u00e1tano para ver si el aceite burbujea alrededor (sin cubrirse de espuma). Fr\u00ede las rebanadas de pl\u00e1tano macho, sin encimarlas (puedes hacerlo por partes), durante unos 2 \u00f3 3 minutos por lado, hasta que est\u00e9n doradas, un poco caramelizadas y crujientes. Retira del sart\u00e9n y ponlas en un plato cubierto con toallas de papel.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8884-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Calienta los frijoles refritos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8884-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Para armar las tortas: si el pan es fresco, s\u00f3lo necesitas rebanarlo a la mitad. No hay que tostarlo. Si no es fresco, reb\u00e1nalo a la mitad y tuesta durante un par de minutos. Unta de 2 a 3 cucharadas de frijoles refritos en la tapa de abajo, pon encima 4 \u00f3 5 rebanadas de pl\u00e1tano, luego un muslo de pollo y finalmente 3 \u00f3 4 rebanadas de aguacate. Tapa con otra rebanada de pan.
