class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalienta el horno a 200 C.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Envuelve los camotes en papel aluminio y horn\u00e9alos de 45 a 50 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n completamente cocidos y suaves. Retira del horno. Cuando se enfr\u00eden, haz un corte para abrirlos, saca la pulpa cocida y ponla en un recipiente. Aparta para dejar que se enfr\u00ede.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la masa de tamal:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon en una batidora la manteca o manteca vegetal y 1\/2 cucharadita de sal, y bate por 1 minuto a velocidad media hasta que est\u00e9 muy ligera. Reduce la velocidad a baja, a\u00f1ade el polvo para hornear y el az\u00facar, y a\u00f1ade la masa de ma\u00edz y el caldo intercal\u00e1ndolos. Sube la velocidad nuevamente a media y sigue batiendo de 6 a 7 minutos, hasta que la masa est\u00e9 homog\u00e9nea. A\u00f1ade la pulpa de camote por partes y sigue batiendo durante otros 5-6 minutos, hasta que la masa se esponje. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para armar los tamales:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Remoja las hojas de ma\u00edz en agua caliente durante un par de minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n maleables y luego esc\u00farrelas. Coloca una hoja de ma\u00edz con las puntas hacia ti. Extiende aprox. 1\/3 de taza de masa para hacer un cuadrado de 5 a 8 cm; la capa debe tener 1\/2 cm de espesor aprox. Debe quedar un borde de al menos 1 cm a los lados de la hoja de ma\u00edz. Pon unas 2 cucharaditas de frijoles refritos en el centro de la masa.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Levanta y junta los dos lados largos de la hoja de ma\u00edz (ver\u00e1s como la masa rodea el relleno), y d\u00f3blalos hacia un lado, enroll\u00e1ndolos en la misma direcci\u00f3n alrededor del tamal. Dobla la parte vac\u00eda con la punta, desde abajo hacia arriba. Esto va a cerrar la parte de abajo y la de arriba se quedar\u00e1 abierta. Aprieta ligeramente la parte de abajo para nivelar el relleno, sin apretar muy duro.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Ve poniendo los tamales armados de forma vertical en un recipiente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar la vaporera o tamalera: <\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon a hervir agua en la charola inferior de la tamalera para que haya agua abajo de la canasta o rejilla. Forra la tamalera con una o dos capas de las hojas de ma\u00edz remojadas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para cocer los tamales:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-4-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon los tamales ya armados en la tamalera, con la parte abierta hacia arriba. Si sobra espacio, mete m\u00e1s hojas de ma\u00edz para que los tamales no se muevan mientras se cuecen. Cubre con m\u00e1s hojas, tapa la vaporera y cuece los tamales de 55 minutos a 1 hora. Sabr\u00e1s que los tamales est\u00e1n listos cuando salgan f\u00e1cilmente de la hoja. Estar\u00e1n h\u00famedos, y podr\u00e1s ver la humedad cuando los saques de las hojas, como cuando le quitas el papel a un muffin de buena calidad.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8689-step-4-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Los tamales se mantendr\u00e1n tibios en la tamalera durante unas 2 horas. Se pueden preparar con varios d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n y refrigerarlos, bien tapados. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden congelar durante meses. En cualquier caso, puedes recalentarlos en la tamalera.
