class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En una olla grande, pon la carne de puerco, el ajo, la cebolla, las hojas de laurel, las pimientas y la sal. Cubre generosamente con agua. Calienta a fuego alto hasta que suelte un hervor activo. Retira la espuma que se forme en la superficie y tapa. Reduce el fuego a bajo y cocina aprox. 1 hora, hasta que la carne est\u00e9 suave. Apaga el fuego. Retira los trozos de puerco, ponlos en un recipiente y aparta. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8650-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cuela el caldo en un recipiente grande. Aparta 4 tazas para preparar el mole verde y regresa el resto del caldo a la olla. Calienta a fuego alto, agrega los frijoles y cocina hasta que suelten el hervor. Reduce el fuego a bajo, tapa y cocina durante 1 hora hasta que est\u00e9n suaves y cocidos. Retira del fuego y aparta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Para preparar el mole verde:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8650-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon los tomates verdes y los chiles en una charola para hornear y \u00e1salos sobre la parrilla de 8 a 10 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n quemados por fuera y suaves y cocidos por dentro. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8650-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pon los tomates verdes y los chiles junto con el ajo, la cebolla, la sal y la pimienta en la jarra de la licuadora. Retira los tallos de los clavos, y agrega s\u00f3lo la parte de arriba a la licuadora, aunque ya se hayan desbaratado. Agrega 1 taza del caldo de puerco que reservaste y lic\u00faa hasta obtener una mezcla tersa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8650-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio-alto. Una vez caliente, sin que llegue a humear, a\u00f1ade el pur\u00e9 de tomate verde. Tapa parcialmente y cocina durante 10 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que se espese considerablemente y tenga un color m\u00e1s oscuro.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8650-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En la jarra de la licuadora, pon el epazote, el perejil y la hoja santa con las 3 tazas restantes de caldo. Licua hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 tersa. Agrega a la olla y revuelve. Cuando empiece a hervir, a\u00f1ade la carne de puerco y los frijoles.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8650-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sigue cocinando a un hervor medio durante 25 minutos, o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 muy suave y el mole verde se haya espesado nuevamente.
