Aunque no proviene de M\u00e9xico, est\u00e1 tan arraigado en nuestra cocina, que es dif\u00edcil pensar en platillos mexicanos que no lo incluyan.<br \/>\nTiene hojas muy delgadas y delicadas, y tallos tiernos. Tiene un color verde oscuro, que puede ser brillante.<\/p>\n<p>Se usa en una infinidad de platillos, siendo el ingrediente estrella de muchas salsas, guacamoles y picos de gallo. Se usa para darle sabor a los frijoles, al arroz, a ensaladas y caldos, entre otros. Hasta se pone en la mesa en un recipiente peque\u00f1o, para acompa\u00f1ar tacos, antojitos y sopas. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se hecho popular para preparar licuados y jugos.<\/p>\n<p>El cilantro tiene un sabor muy distinguido, fuerte y penetrante. A la mayor\u00eda de las personas les gusta. Sin embargo, hay algunas a las que no, al grado de que no lo soportan. Cuando les pregunto desde cuando no les gusta, me contestan que desde que se acuerdan. Un par hasta han dicho que sabe a detergente (te o\u00ed, Ceci). Pero las personas a las que les s\u00ed gusta el cilantro, por lo general no reconocen esos sabores, por lo que puede ser algo gen\u00e9tico&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00ed me gusta mucho, pero lo uso con mesura.
