Pues deber\u00edas. Es m\u00e1s saludable que las gelatinas saborizadas que venden en la tienda y t\u00fa decides qu\u00e9 ingredientes ponerle. Sabe m\u00e1s rico por esa misma raz\u00f3n, ya que escoges los sabores y puedes escoger tus favoritos.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos chefs se quejan de los grumos que se forman al mezclar la grenetina con cualquier l\u00edquido para poder usarla. Pero hay una t\u00e9cnica f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida para crear una base suave y lisa de gelatina que a\u00f1adir\u00e1 volumen y ayudar\u00e1 a cuajar cualquier l\u00edquido que quieras convertir en gelatina.<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Es muy f\u00e1cil encontrar grenetina. Est\u00e1 en la secci\u00f3n para hornear del supermercado, y se vende com\u00fanmente como polvo en paquetes o en l\u00e1minas. Yo uso el polvo, que es m\u00e1s com\u00fan. Lo primero que hay que hacer es hidratarla mezcl\u00e1ndola con agua tibia en un recipiente &#8211; usa las cantidades especificadas en la receta- \u00e9stas son para la de Gelatina de Tres Leches y Fresas.
