Con solo una probada, nos dimos cuenta del hambre que ten\u00edamos, aunque todav\u00eda no era hora de comer. Ten\u00edamos 20 minutos, tiempo suficiente para preparar algo.<\/p>\n<p>Ten\u00eda un \u00faltimo aguacate mexicano maduro. Le ofrec\u00ed preparar una Farolada mexicana con su pan pita, acompa\u00f1ado de guacamole fresco.<\/p>\n<p>La Farolada, nombrada as\u00ed por la cadena de taquer\u00edas El Farolito, es una pita rellena de queso manchego mexicano, parecido al Monterey Jack, asada hasta que el queso se derrite. Si la dejas asar un poco m\u00e1s, el queso que salga se dorar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Empec\u00e9 a picar un chile serrano para el guacamole cuando Vered dijo que ten\u00eda otros planes para el aguacate y el pan pita: prepararlos de la forma israel\u00ed, que es deliciosa, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>No puedes entrar a mi cocina y tentarme con algo que nunca he probado antes y quedarme sin hacer nada.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que dividimos el aguacate a la mitad.<\/p>\n<p>Ella mezcl\u00f3 su mitad con el queso Feta, aceitunas verdes, jugo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva y sal. No rellen\u00f3 el pan pita, s\u00f3lo lo calent\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras la Farolada se doraba, prepar\u00e9 mi guacamole favorito: aguacate machacado con jugo de lim\u00f3n, chile serrano, cilantro y sal. No le pongo jitomate picado.<\/p>\n<p>Se comi\u00f3 mi versi\u00f3n mexicana y le gust\u00f3. Yo me com\u00ed su versi\u00f3n mediterr\u00e1nea y me encant\u00f3. Me gust\u00f3 m\u00e1s su versi\u00f3n, de hecho.
