Es una sopa terrenal y sencilla que me centra.<\/p>\n<p>Me habla de tradiciones centenarias que se pasan a trav\u00e9s de generaciones de recetas. Es un placer pensar en ella, escribir y hablar sobre y prepararla y saborearla.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que les comparto excelentes noticias: voy a trabajar con el incre\u00edble Rux Martin, editor en <em>Houghton Mifflin Harcourt<\/em> para hacer este libro realidad. Procesa hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9607-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio-alto. A\u00f1ade el pur\u00e9 jitomate y cocina de 5 a 8 minutos, revolviendo de vez en cuando, hasta que se espese y tenga un color m\u00e1s oscuro. Reduce el fuego a medio y agrega el pur\u00e9 de frijol y el caldo o agua, hierve de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que la sopa se haya sazonado y tenga una consistencia cremosa. Rectifica la saz\u00f3n. Apaga el fuego ya que se espesa r\u00e1pidamente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9607-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Una vez que se enfr\u00ede, la sopa sola se puede guardar en un recipiente tapado y refrigerar hasta por 4 d\u00edas. Ya que se espesa mientras se enfr\u00eda, puede ser que necesite agua o caldo para diluirla cuando la calientes otra vez.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9607-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sirve la sopa en tazones y ponle encima una cucharada de crema y una de queso, un pu\u00f1ado de tiritas de tortilla, unas cuantas tiritas de chile y aguacate picado.
