Horn\u00e9ala de 20 a 25 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 cocida y muy suave. Despu\u00e9s, p\u00e1sala a un recipiente y aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla, vierte el caldo de pollo y calienta a fuego medio-bajo. Deja que hierva y reduce el fuego a bajo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mientras hierves el caldo, en un recipiente peque\u00f1o mezcla el reques\u00f3n o queso mascarpone con la salsa de los chipotles en adobo y la miel de maple, saz\u00f3nalo con sal y aparta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Antes de seguir, alista la calabaza rostizada y el caldo de pollo que debe hervir levemente, y si es necesario, sube el fuego a medio.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En una olla grande y gruesa, calienta 1\/4 de taza de aceite de oliva a fuego medio. Una vez caliente, a\u00f1ade el poro, la cebolla y 1\/2 cucharadita de sal y cocina de 8 a 10 minutos, revolviendo frecuentemente, hasta que se acitrone. Vierte el agua y sigue cocinando y revolviendo hasta que el agua se evapore completamente, las verduras est\u00e9n muy suaves y empiecen a brillar por el aceite.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Agrega el arroz y revuelve bien para mezclarlo con las verduras y que se cubra con el aceite. Agrega 1\/2 cucharadita de sal, revuelve y cocina de 3 a 4 minutos. El arroz debe empezar a oler a tostado, pero no se debe dorar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierte el vino, revuelve y cocina de 2 a 3 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que se evapore completamente, y a\u00f1ade un cuchar\u00f3n grande del caldo caliente inmediatamente. Cocina mientras hierve hasta que se absorba todo el caldo y puedas ver el fondo de la olla cuando revuelvas el arroz.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade otro cuchar\u00f3n de caldo, junto con 1\/4 de la calabaza cocida, hierve y cocina hasta que el l\u00edquido se absorba otra vez. Repite 3 veces m\u00e1s, a\u00f1adiendo otro cuchar\u00f3n de caldo y 1\/4 de la calabaza cada vez, hasta que se acabe toda la calabaza.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sigue a\u00f1adiendo caldo hasta que el risotto est\u00e9 cocido al dente. A\u00f1ade una taza m\u00e1s de caldo y revuelve antes de apagar el fuego. El risotto debe quedar caldoso y espeso.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8410-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Podr\u00e1s haber usado s\u00f3lo 6 o las 7 tazas de caldo, dependiendo del fuego de tu estufa y d\u00f3nde vivas.
