Volt\u00e9alos cada 2 \u00f3 3 minutos para un total de 6 a 9 minutos, hasta que la piel se vea quemada Ponlos en una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico, ci\u00e9rrala bien y deja que suden ah\u00ed de 10 a 20 minutos. Cuando la mantequilla empiece a burbujear, a\u00f1ade la cebolla y el ajo y acitrona de 3 a 4 minutos. A\u00f1ade las rajas de poblano, luego la flor de calabaza y la sal. Cocina por unos 5 minutos, revolviendo con frecuencia, hasta que la flor de calabaza suelte sus jugos y la mezcla comience a secarse. Retira del fuego.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Si vas a hacer las tortillas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8530-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezcla la masa de ma\u00edz Maseca con el agua y amasa unos minutos hasta que la masa est\u00e9 suave. Has bolas de 2.5 cm de di\u00e1metro y aplana en una prensa para tortillas cubierta de pl\u00e1stico.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8530-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon 1 cucharada del queso y 2 cucharaditas del relleno en el centro del disco de masa, y en la misma prensa para tortillas, d\u00f3blalo a la mitad y aprieta las orillas para sellarlas bien. Sigue haciendo las quesadillas hasta terminar con la masa y el relleno.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8530-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un sart\u00e9n grande, a\u00f1ade suficiente aceite para que tenga 2 cm de espesor y calienta a fuego medio. Una vez que el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, unos 3 \u00f3 4 minutos despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ade algunas quesadillas, cuidando no poner demasiadas a la vez. Fr\u00ede de 2 a 4 minutos por lado, hasta que est\u00e9n bien doradas. Saca las quesadillas del sart\u00e9n y ponlas en un plato con servilletas de papel para escurrir el aceite. S\u00edrvelas calientes, con tu salsa favorita.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-normal\">Si vas a usar tortillas ya hechas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8530-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pon el queso y el relleno en el centro de cada tortilla. Luego, dobla las tortillas a la mitad para hacer las quesadillas.
