Su buen amigo Pedro Evia, chef del Restaurante K\u2019u\u2019uk en M\u00e9rida, la acompa\u00f1a en uno de sus viajes cortos favoritos, al pueblo costero de Celest\u00fan. Su aventura comienza con un riqu\u00edsimo desayuno, que incluye mariscos reci\u00e9n pescados esa ma\u00f1ana. Luego toman un bote para admirar a los cientos de flamencos que son la atracci\u00f3n principal. Despu\u00e9s, es hora de poner manos a la obra. Pati y Pedro cocinan directo en la playa y preparan un ceviche fresco y un pescado entero a las brasas, con ingredientes del mercado del pueblo. De regreso en casa, Pati se inspira en el pueblito costero con su arroz con mariscos. Para acompa\u00f1arlo, prepara una fresca y crujiente ensalada de chayote.
