I absolutely LOVE this dressing, and as I continue to use it, I’ve added my own little touch…a little jalapeños and some Cilantro…so so very yummy 😋, thanks Pati, love your episodes and your adorable personality!

How long does he Avocado Crema and Avocado Salsa last in the refrigerator? I came into a lot of ripe avocados and I’m trying to use them.

Not longer than a couple of days Theresa, you know the avocado turns brown pretty quickly 🙂

My family and I made your chicken pibil and this crema last night. It was so simple and delicious. We are having Pati recipe nights every Friday, and have had so much fun. Thank you so much for providing us with such beautiful recipes and beautiful glimpses into your country’s culture. I am leaving for Oaxaca April 2nd, and cannot wait to taste all of the moles and toasted bugs! Thanks for all that you do! Lilli

I made this for a fancy salad with goat cheese. Wow!!!
I’d like to repeat a comment below—this is not guacamole. It’s more like
a Mexican aioli sauce. In love with it.
I bought my Vitamix because of Pati. No regrets and so happy with all her recipes and
    also my Vitamix.

You are absolutely right, it is similar to an aioli Jennifer. I am so happy to read that you like my recipes and that you give them your own twist. Keep cooking my friend!

That’s how my mom makes her guacamole but she also adds cilantro. So yummy! She’s from Sonora Mexico. I, here in California, substitute cream for sour cream. My little ones like it better. Thank you for your recipes.

I love you and your family. Wrote to you before that I also raised 3 boys same age as your, but now I’m old and not well. I just had heart surgery. I miss my son’s living at home. Anyway I *us want to tell you I love this avocado creme recipe. I wish you were my neighbor or better yet my sister and you could cook for me once a month. I’m to sick to cook like I used to, so I watch your shows and read your cookbooks and pray I meet you some day. God bless you and your family.

I am enchanted with the flavor. Not guacamole. So a new taste treat. Kind of like making my own flavored mayo. Went well with pibil sandwich. Would add little adobo sauce to chicken on sandwich and a little salt.
