Oh my God this was so incredibly delicious! Didn’t need the extra Sweetener at all! I did end up having to add a touch of water to get my blender to blend but the lime and zest were just perfect. Not too much, not too little.

Your recipes look great. I have a question about limas. How do they compare with Meyer lemons?
    Thanks!

Limas are a kind of more like a sweet lime. It has a very unique taste.

Was watching a program tonight and Pati mentioned a fruit I had never heard of before. She called it lema, similar to a lemon but she spoke of the differences and tried to research it on the internet but could not find. Just wondering what the correct spelling is. Please help! Thank you.

You were close Debbie…it’s lima! They sell them online or you can try international, Asian or latino stores. If you can’t find a lima, you can use a lemon or lime.
