Pati, we LOVE your show! We have it on Samsung TV and we’re always looking out for it to be on. Saw you make this recipe and my 10 year old said we’ve got to try it. We now have all the ingredients and fruits are freezing…can’t wait! You’re so wonderful! Thanks for sharing!

Watched your show for the 1st time. I greatly dislike the contest shows. I love your style; teaching how to cook! That’s what I’m here for. 30 years ago all the chefs taught then got into competing. Not for me.

You’re great. My 12 year old son thinks so also. He’ll be cooking some of your creations.

Made these margaritas yesterday for my husband, adult son, and myself. Absolutely delicious! Might be my favorite margarita 🙂

Tried these both without straining the mixture and after straining out the pulp. Good both ways! Thanks, Pati. Love your program on PBS.

The kids want some too. Do you have a non alcoholic version?

You can go ahead and skip the tequila on this Margarita or make this refreshing Agua Fresca for the kids Stephanie 😉 http://patijinich.com/mixed-melon-lime-and-coconut-agua-fresca/

Made it last night without jalapeño and it was a success. Made it again with jalapeño tonite and it really elevated the drink!

Hi Pati. This looks wonderful. Do you have an alternate taste pairing for the grape to replace watermelon. I’m not sure what would provide as much water as the watermelon. I’m on a FODMAP diet and it eminates a lot of fruit options, including stone fruit, apples, pear, most berries, and watermelon.
I can have oranges/mandarins, guava, prickly pear, dragon fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, starfruit, and strawberries.
    Thank you in advance.

Hi Cecilia! If I was you I would do prickly pear, yum!!! You will have to strain it though. Pineapple good be my second choice, good luck!

Sounds amazing…We have always had 12 grapes at midnight. However, since we have our sweet dog and were afraid one would accidentally fall and he would quickly ingest, we found out grapes are highly toxic for him. We stopped buying grapes. This would be a great idea to bring back our tradition. We will definitely try this year. Wishing you continued success and health.

Hi there, I am making this tonight along with the ancho pork chops and grape relish. On a more adventurous day, I cannot wait to try the tamales.

Uhmm. Only one error- In Sonora it’s bacanora. Not tequila.

      Bacanora works for me 😉
