Salsa de Guacamole

Ingredients

halved, pitted, meat scooped out and chopped

husked, rinsed and quartered

jalapeƱos or serrano chiles

stemmed, coarsely chopped

coarsely chopped onion

tablespoons
fresh squeezed lime juice

kosher or sea salt

or more to taste

ice cubes
To Prepare
Place all ingredients in the jar of the blender and pulse until completely smooth. You may add a chile at a time to taste for your desired heat level.
