Radish Pico

2 cups
Pico de Rábanos


  • 10 to 12 radishes, cut into matchsticks (about 2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher or coarse sea salt, or to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, (optional)
  • Finely chopped jalapeño or serrano, (optional)

To Prepare

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for at least 5 minutes and serve.
