2cupsCotton Candy grapes, or green seedless grapes, halved
1serrano chile, halved and thinly sliced
2tablespoonsorange juice
2tablespoonslime juice
1teaspoonlime zest
1teaspoonorange zest
1teaspooncumin seeds, toasted and crushed
1/2red onion, sliced
1rib celery, sliced
1teaspoonkosher or sea salt
2tablespoonsolive oil
1/2cupcilantro leaves, roughly chopped
1/2cupfresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
To Prepare
In a medium bowl, toss the grapes with the serrano, lime and orange juices and zests, cumin, red onion, celery, salt and olive oil and toss until fully coated. Add the cilantro and mint and toss to incorporate.
