  1. I’m making this salad to go with your pork chop recipe. I was thinking that this would be great with a cucumber instead of the grapes. Or instead of lime and orange – use Rangpur limes (they are a cross between a lime and tangerine). We love your show. I especially loved your recent time in the Sonoran desert – I used to live in Tucson and in Sells – it brought back lots of memories. Can’t wait to travel again!!

    1. Thanks for the input Roxie, all great ideas. So glad to read you enjoyed the last season of the show, thanks for tuning in 😉

  2. I made the chuletas de puerco con chile and the grape salad. Really quite elegant. But It needed something on the side. Not really a “rice and beans” kind of meal. Any suggestions?

  3. I just made this last night with the pecan chicken and it was so good I’m going to make it again tomorrow. Maybe serve it over some butter lettuce this time. So so good.
