This guacamole was so good Pati! My husband doesn’t like heat as much as I do therefore I was a little apprehensive to use all three chilis (didn’t use seeds/membranes of serrano), but it was fabulous!! This will be on repeat this summer! Thank you!

P.s. Chile de arbol is my new favorite chile!

I love this recipe and use it all the time. Then one day I decided to add 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic and about a full tbs of finely chopped red onion. I really enjoyed it also.

Absolutely delicious. I made some corn tortillas and flour tortillas just to fill them with this guacamole and ate these alongside my grilled meats (ribs, chicken, and beef fajita sliced flank steak).

Can’t wait to try this new three chiles recipe as I am sure together they will add a spicyness to our all time favorite the “guacamole”. Muchas gracias

I loved it. I had to make as soon as program was over. I did have to double the recipe…watching the show made me hungry.

I love your addition of the chili de arbor. I have them in my pantry in hopes of using them, but guacamole? Genius!

My Armenian mother was born and raised in Mexico (Mexico was very good to Armenians who escaped the 1915 -1918 massacres in their homeland) Watching you cook is a window into my mothers Armenian dishes with her twist – using ingredients from her new homeland.

I just preordered your new cookbook from Amazon as an early holiday gift to myself. Traditionally we cook a Mexican dinner Christmas Eve and I plan to cook through your book by then! Thank you 🙏🏼

Aw, this is very sweet of you. So glad you liked this Guacamole and love the idea of a Mexican/Armenian dinner for Christmas. A big hug to you 🙂

This is such a fresh take on guacamole. I never add tomatoes and dried chile de arbor. It is so delicious! I eat way too much guac! Thanks, Pati!

Hahaha, there is not such a thing as too much guac Terry, I feel you!

I couldn’t agree more ~ no such thing as too much guac!!! Thanks to you, I am able to make authentic Mexican dishes for my sweet Mexican and am planning to make the entire menu from your Los Mariachis episode (which we watched just this morning). He loves your recipes (and so do I) and even watches all of your shows with me. I have alarms set on my phone to remind me when you are “on”, and as soon as he hears it go off, he turns on PBS. Lol!!! Even on Sunday mornings when the alarm is actually to remind us that it is time for our church’s online service. We have two of your cookbooks and a third one on pre-order. We are truly a “Pati family”!
