My brother and his partner watched this episode and requested that I make your recipe. This is a delightful salad and it really went will with the Chili Rubbed Pork Chops. Paired the meal with Brazilian Cheese Bread and a smooth Malbec. So delicious! Thank you.

I’m making this salad to go with your pork chop recipe. I was thinking that this would be great with a cucumber instead of the grapes. Or instead of lime and orange – use Rangpur limes (they are a cross between a lime and tangerine). We love your show. I especially loved your recent time in the Sonoran desert – I used to live in Tucson and in Sells – it brought back lots of memories. Can’t wait to travel again!!

I made the chuletas de puerco con chile and the grape salad. Really quite elegant. But It needed something on the side. Not really a “rice and beans” kind of meal. Any suggestions?

Well, I served it with this chile rubbed pork chop https://patijinich.com/pati_2020/pati_2020/chile-rubbed-pork-chop/ but you can do it with a chicken milanesa like this one https://patijinich.com/pati_2020/pati_2020/dressed-up-chicken-milanesa/ or with some fish like this https://patijinich.com/pati_2020/pati_2020/tikin-xic/ Enjoy!

I just made this last night with the pecan chicken and it was so good I’m going to make it again tomorrow. Maybe serve it over some butter lettuce this time. So so good.
