Once you visit Michoacán and taste its food, you realize why, in an instant. Michoacán has not one, but many regional cuisines and this session focuses on that of the Purépechas. Come and taste the truly unique dishes such as corundas, churipu, atapakua de calabacita and atole de leche: you will taste the Purépecha magic.
