Tamal Casserole
If you don’t have time to make and wrap tamales individually, you can make a tamal casserole! This one's based on my all-time favorite chicken in salsa verde tamales and has the filling in between layers of fluffy, puffy masa and a top layer of more salsa verde and melty cheese.
