- 4 to 5 cups fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup mint leaves packed, plus extra for garnish
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with mint and/or pineapple cubes and serve.
