Pati's Mexican Table

Premieres Sept. 25, 2026 on PBS! In Coahuila, wine was once made for the Spanish Crown, and today the same winery creates some of Mexico’s most beloved wines. Pati visits Casa Madero in the town of Parras, where she discovers fascinating stories that reach back to ancient indigenous legends. Then, she visits the Chávez family to taste their traditional Mexican sweets, lovingly made by hand.
