Pati's Mexican Table

Premieres Oct. 9, 2026 on PBS! The Sierra de Menchaca is one of the sacred sites of the Ndé Nation, where bison are raised in their natural habitat. Guided by historian Juan Longoria, Pati delves into the Ndé culture, feeding the bison, cooking over a natural wood fire, and having meaningful conversations. Then she drives to the Cuatro Ciénegas lagoons, a place of awe-inspiring atmosphere and breathtaking landscapes.
