I made this dish this evening and it was a good base recipe. I did have to add a lot more spice and herbs to suit my family’s taste. Thank you for a wonderful base recipe. I especially loved toasting the pasta. Que rico!

What is the brand/model of the brazier you are using? Is it the same as the red (or orange) colored one you used in your earlier PBS shows?
I like the big handles on it that can accommodate oven mitts. I can’t seem to find it.
