Sayed’s Kabuli Pulao for Miry’s List
I was delighted I got to meet Sayed and his whole family. Even more fun because I got to help him make Kabuli Pulao, a dish he says all Afghans grew up making. It's typically served when there are guests or there's something to celebrate, and he chose to share it with all of us at the Miry's List supper club to welcome him to his new community.
