Hi Pati, I am cursed with the soap Jean when it comes to cilantro, is this a fallacy? Or does this really exist. When I eat cilantro all I taste is soap, so that being said what can I substitute, thank you

I heard about it so I do not think it is a myth! I do think is better to just leave cilantro out of your cooking instead of trying to substitute it with something else, especially parsley, because they are completely different 🙂

What else could I use this dressing for?
    Salmon? Dip? Wedge iceberg salad?

Yep, it is really versatile! As a dip for crudites, crunchy salads that have for example jicama, green apple, etc. Enjoy!

Made it twice and it is outstanding. I could only Non Fat Plain Yogurt—–I think the real plain yogurt would enhance it.

My husband saw this recipe and wanted to try it. I bought all the ingredients and made it for him today and he loved it. I was a little iffy about trying it because I’m not a fan of yogurt but it smelled so good. I tried it and absolutely loved it! Thank you for this delicious recipe.
