Hi Pati,
Loved your talk…it made me even more nostalgic for my home. I’m from Las Cruces, NM and now live in the middle of Maine. I can find a few Mexican ingredients, but I have my mom send me lots of stuff, including piloncillo!
Great cookbook…it was a birthday present to myself!
