- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 cup ripe pulp from a Mexican avocado
- 2 tbsp Cajeta or dulce de leche
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it and strain into chilled martini glasses.
